I will always try my best to send your order to you as quickly as possible, and always within seven days. If after seven days you haven't received an email that your order is on its way, please contact me at: info@thebookworm.eu

When a book is out of stock, or when I order a book for you (custom order), shipping the book to you might take longer. I will always send you an email with an estimate delivery time.

I send all packages with Postnl and with track & trace.
